Let's start with your pieces

A visit starts
with a conversation.

Tell us a little about what you would like to sell. We'll review the details before arranging a suitable appointment.

Serving England by appointment. Visit availability depends on your location, the items offered and their estimated value. Photos help us assess whether a journey is worthwhile.

Your comfort comes first.

A private setting and an agreed meeting place. No doorstep surprises, no pressure to make a decision.

For the live site: clear photos of your items and hallmarks. Please don't include identity documents.

A little clarity

Before your visit.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No. You decide after your pieces have been assessed and the offer explained. There is no obligation to sell.

Can I get a firm price from photos?

Photos help us review your items and plan a visit. A final offer requires checking the metal, purity and weight in person. Any preliminary indication is subject to that assessment.

Where does the appointment take place?

We agree a suitable private setting with you in advance. The meeting place depends on your area and the appointment arrangements.

When will I be paid?

Payment is made immediately when you accept the offer, by cash or instant bank transfer (if your bank supports it). We agree the payment method before the appointment; bank processing or verification can occasionally affect receipt.

Do you cover all of England?

We consider enquiries across England. A visit is arranged after reviewing your postcode, photos and estimated lot value. Not every enquiry will qualify for a visit.

What if my jewellery has gemstones?

Tell us about them when you enquire. A metal-based offer does not automatically include the value of gemstones, craftsmanship or collectability; ask how your item will be assessed before selling.
